Default Epis a la Carte

My Epiphyllums are blooming fast and furious!!
As Thomas Gray once wrote: "Full many a flower is born to blush unseen
and waste its sweetness on the desert air"....That is so true.
It seems a shame to let these short lived beauties just stay on the
plant and waste away the next day.
I filled up a few vases with Epis and had some left over to put on the
dining room table in fine China that they so richly deserve.
These have a delightful, subtle fragrance to boot and they make dining a
pleasure.
