In France they're called "perce-neige" because they do that. In Britain
we usually haven't the snow.

we usually haven't the snow.

I have been hearing about the cold weather across the pond. We have
had a wonderful winter so far and no snow worth caring about. Also the
temps have been quite above bitter cold all season here in
Philadelphia.

My brother lives there. He says when it does snow you cope about as
well as we do!
