Thumbs up Oak Leaf Virus?

Hi, my first time posting here so I'm hoping someone can help. If I'm in the wrong forum, forgive me.
I have a 20 year old Oak tree which I've nurtured from a seedling.
This year I noticed these strange spots, which have covered most of the foliage. Looks like ringworm!!!
Can anyone identify it please? I've googled it and found nothing so I'm turning to you for help.

Thanks in earnest.
