6 feet tall and these are the flowers - DSC_0001.JPG (0/1)
 
I planted a package of seeds that I recieved and no names on it.
I would like to know the name of this one, if possible. I can photo
the leaves later if needed.

I did not look at the size befor posting. So will trim it down a lot

It's a Cosmos, a South African plant, comes in a variety of pinks or white.

Some clones grow to 6ft tall, others like the one I had grow to 20ft tall which meant that in the UK they never got to flower before the frost killed them. I got it to 18ft and with large flower buds one year, very frustrating. For those of you in a frost free climate these make a very stunning display plant and talking point.

I didn’t read that you grew it from seed so doubt now that it is the Dahlia I mentioned.
