Weed of the week: Ivy (Hedera helix)
One little ivy seedling can grow to dominate acres of woodland, covering
both ground and trees as well as any buildings or other objects. It's important to think twice before letting ivy grow on structures as it can be very difficult to remove. The newsgroup uk.rec.gardening has a FAQ specifically for ivy: http://www.u-r-g.co.uk/faqivy.htm [ Section: 1/1 File: z_Ivy_2346a.JPG UUencoded by: Turnpike Integrated Version 5.02 S ] sum -r/size 41659/681070 section (from "begin" to "end") sum -r/size 34/494301 entire input file -- Sue ];( |
