Visit to Kew Gardens on the "Friends" evening of Thursday 12th June 2014.
Climbed up the Pagoda, all 10 floors and 253 steps, but worth the effort for
the views. Forgive the quality but taken through dirty old windows glazed
with float glass. Warm day and the temperature on the top floor was HOT as
they do not allow any of the doors of the Pagoda to be opened, scared of
accidents/suicide. We then took a ride on the Kew Explorer a little road
train around the gardens finally finishing the excellent evening off in the
Coach and Horses pub with a beer.
