My House Plant Stays Limp!

I've had this plant for 3 years. When it's 'happy' it stands maybe
six or seven inches tall and its pot is a foot across. Two days ago
I noticed that the plant limbs were limp. I put some tap water into
a container and let it sit overnight. Next day I water the plant,
including some Miracle Grow. I put the plant in a room with more
light. Now there has been no change in the plant's condition. It
is still limp but it is also just as green as ever! I've never
seen a plant act like this before.

I think it's "pothos epipermnum aureum". Any ideas?

Did you say the magical incantation when using miracle grow?

Maybe it went limp because its turned into a prissy fusspot in anticipation
of seeing the Bird Cage on TV?

Try using plain water until the plant becomes turgid again.

The root system is probably damaged and it needs time to grow new feeder
roots.

Hey, we also watched that the other day! One of my favorite movies.

The plant is very slowly coming back up now... maybe in another 2-3
days it will be back to normal I guess.

Overwatering? The bane of most house plants.
