Watering plants while below 32 degrees?

I have my drip system set for 5AM and thats when it might be 30 degrees but
the drip system will still be working. Should I wait until it warns up to
turn on my drip system?

Do not water plants outdoors when temps are freezing or below.

Wait until spring.
