I don't know about UK sources. But for years I have used a mixed row of
mister & fogger nozzels in a long narrow outdoor shade garden that would
on its own get almost none of the rainfall because of unusually large
overhanging eaves. As watering devices foggers are wasteful, but I wanted
the misty effect in that corridor only, & on a nasty-hot summer day, I can
create a "chilly" zone with the foggers (sufficient that my collection of
dicentra & corydalis species do not die back in summer). That corridor is
the most amazingly densly rainforesty green area of our gardens. I've
never quite been certain the foggers & misters (rather than merely the
plant choices & protected location & indirect sunlight) are the cause of
that extra-densely-green zone, but I sure believe they help. The nozzles I
use say "Fogg-It" and "Waterfog" on them, I presume Fogg-It is the
trademark name.

"Oh, sir! The flowers, they are wild," replied the timid creature.

Our local electrical wholesaler TLC had one a couple of weeks ago, should
think any good firm could get one for you.
