New forum about creating Garden Art with concrete and hypertufa

Hello,
I'd like to take this opportunity to inform the readers and users of this
newsgroup about a new commercial free forum. It is a forum dedicated to
creating art for the garden, yard and home. The materials it is focusing on
are concrete and hypertufa but any media will be considered and discussed if
the members would like that. The site requires registration for full
participation, but privacy is an important issue there. You will not have to
disclose any more information than you deem necessary. It has a forum board
that is for and about the members to tell about themselves if they wish and
also a board to put a link to your personal or professional website url on.

The forum as mentioned has no commercial affiliation and thus has no
problems about discussing any other commercial concern. It is lightly
moderated, no heavy hand to tell folks what can and cannot be discussed. The
main concern will be the posting of copyrighted material. You must have
permission to do so if the material is not yours. Civility and manners are
expected but it is acknowledged that disagreements can and will happen even
between civil people. The only moderation enforced will be that certain
words are already censored out (the site is open to all internet users
including children) and if a thread appears to be getting hijacked by an
argument it may be curtailed. The Admin will not be babysitters though.

There was a need seen for this forum as many people new to the web do not
know about or may never know about newsgroups. Newsgroups are a much more
open arena allowing for shall we say "frank" discussions. Most if not all
commercialy affiliated forums are way to restrictive. The intent of this
forum is to let the participants set the tenor and content of the
discussions.

The forum is brand new as of today (1/17/06) so it's rather empty of content
and discussion as this point. It's hoped that will soon change.

Thank you
David F.
