Default Butterfly bushes

Have two butterfly bushes...one well-established which was recently pruned
and another that was relocated/replanted earlier this spring. Both have
started to wilt and have black spots on the leaves. The replanted one
appears to be dying. The well-established one does show new growth that
appears to be okay...Any feedback?
