Bug Spit on perennials
What's the best way to get rid of these nasty critters in the perennial
bed without resorting to pesticides. I hit them with some soapy water yesterday. But our neighbor has an apiary and we get a lot of his bees on our flowers so I would not want to do anything that would harm them. OTOH, there's bug spit all over my favorite campanula which usually stays full of flowers all summer and on a couple other things I'd really not like to lose. sigh --Jenny |
