Anyone know about olive trees

I recently bought a little olive tree and was told that it was hearty
enough to withstand the Puget Sound climate. It is a kalamata, grafted
onto another variety root stock, not sure what kind. I put it into a
larger container with soil I retrieved from my worm composter. Then
watered it with some vitamin b1 and put it on my porch. It was a rainy
week then. After a week or two the young leaves started to droop and
turn color and after a couple more weeks, the older leaves are starting
to develop dark spots.

As soon as it started to droop, I put it under the soffit, out of the
rain, so the soil is dryer now but it doesn't seem to be getting any
better.

Is this from have the soil too moist for too long?

It's not dead yet but I think that if I do nothing it won't be around
for long. What do I need to do to fix this and what is the likelihood
of it making a comeback?

Thanks
CB
