High privet hedge
 
I have about 120' of privit hedge that's about 6'tall ,is there hedge
trimmer that has a long extension,now I have to stand on a stool to trim the
tops,my wife insists on having it that tall,I am only 5' 9" tall so it's
quite a job to trim these things.Thanks

Yes there are extension hedgers on the market. I use a stihl HL 100K
(today as a mater of fact.)

Shindaiwa makes a very nice machine:

These two machines are rather spendy (400.00 to 650.00). Ryobi, cub cadet,
troy bilt and others are now making 'multi-tools' that have a split shaft
that will accept other tools one them being a o.k hedger. These can be
found at most big box stores.

Your looking at $200.00 or more for this type of a hedger.
