Blackberry desease

Hello,

The last few weeks our blackberries show signs of desease. Some
pictures:

Does somebody recognize this as a disease, infection, or maybe the
result of extreme temperatures ?

Blackberry desease

There are a few insects which might be the culprits, generally though,
this is caused by lack of water...
