Most everything gets more greenery than flowers.
Are they in full sun? shade will limit flower production
Are you a miracle grow addict? Excess nitrogen will favor foliage over
flowers.

It's probably an old and very crowded clump of corms. In autumn, dig
the clump up with a fork and gently pull them apart with your hands.
Throw out the tiny corms, and any old dead ones; save the biggest
fattest firmest ones. Replant them in some good soil, placing them about
4 " apart.

Janet.

Thanx for the advice Janet i will try that.........George.

Where is your garden, by the way?

I would split them if its a big clump and feed them well with something high in Potash.........
I personally use Vitax Q4, excellent stuff.
Or you could use fish blood and bone.
