Watering Japanese Maples

Hi,

I have obtained a couple of Japanese maples for a landscaping project. One
is the Burgundy Lace cultivar and the other is unknown, but I know it is not
one of the delicate lacey leaf cultivars. Each tree will only get early
morning sun. Will it hurt the leaves if they are in the path of mist from
shrub nozzle sprays?

Regards,

Avoid getting water on the foliage if the foliage is exposed to sun. The leaves
are rather delicate on many cultivars of JM's and they can scorch rather easily.
