First time question
 

Hi all. I got a text today from a friend which reads " I want to buy a big plant to put outside all the time in a big pot. What do i buy and how do you get it in the pot?"

I know nothing about gardens whatsoever, but want to appear knowledgeable! I know its not alot of information to go on, but any help would be gratefull.
