Getting Creeping Fig to Stick to Wood, Vinyl and Concret walls

We've planted creeping along the three external walls surrounding our
backyard in the hopes that it will eventually cover the old wood,
boring vinyl and old concrete slab walls respectively. Some of the
plants seem to be creeping, but the ones along the concrete and wood
walls in particular are just growing away from the wall, falling over
and getting bushy. Is there a trick fro getting them to attach to the
wall? Could I just use tape or something simple like that?

Thanks.

Use screw-eyes inserted into the wall. Then use twine to tie the vines
to the screw-eyes.

Note, however, that creeping fig will eventually climb the walls without
any help. Then they will tear the walls apart by sending roots into
every tiny crack and joint.
