Gilmour hoses and adapters

This question is specifically addresses to those familiar with Gilmour
hoses and adapters.

1. Between their "high flow" and "full flow" adapters, which one has
greater water-carrying capacity? With names like that, even their phone
rep seemed confused.

(In particular I am looking at models AY4FFM, 44GF, and 43HF.)

2. Is there any disadvantage to greater capacity? If not, I think it
might be prudent to get the greatest capacity, "just in case"?

3. Finally, what is the difference between green Flexogen hose and the
platinum (grey) one? Is there a quality difference or merely the color?

4. Similarly, are "8 ply" hoses better than "6 ply" ones? The latter
come in red color which would be better for visibility, but is there a
big drop in quality?

Thank you for any and all information.

They are not.

I posted my questions after going through their website quite
thoroughly and also after talking to a phone rep, who also seemed
confused about terminology like "full flow" and "high flow" - two reps
guessed differently about which one allows more flow.

Whether an 8 ply regular hose is better than a 6 ply "commercial" one
is a matter of judgment and I'd rather have consumer opinions.

So my questions stand for any Gilmour experts out there.
