Default Why did my abutilon stop producing flowers

I live in zone 5 and I grew 3 different varieties of abutilon. They
grew wonderfuly, about 6 feet tall. The problem was that for about a
month they quit producing flowers. Anyone have any ideas why this
would be happening with my abutilon plants?

I Treat them as house plants that love sun. Mine which my Ingrid cuts
back in fall are just starting to set blooms. Large pots and outside
about June first here. 6 foot noway perhaps 3.
