Default f you are concerned about catching the Swine Flu or any Flu

SWINE FLU
If you are concerned about catching the Swine Flu or any Flu then now
is the time to prepare. The main protective measures a
1. Use a high amount of antioxidants or simply just take 2 grams or
half a teaspoon of vitamin C with most meals

2. Do the Ultimate Cleanse to greatly enhance your immune system

3. Increase your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables and cut down on
convenience foods

4. Fear/worry weakens the immune system, instead protect yourself and
feel safe.

If you do contract the flu use short high doses of MMS (see the
Ultimate Cleanse and the two MMS articles below) followed by a very
high intake of antioxidants and fresh raw fruit and vegetables until
recovered. For further information see the article Bird Flu
Protection.
