Thrips
 
I have an infestation of what is believed to be thrips.
Any organic solutions... or even synthetic solultions? (im getting
desparate)..

Infestation of what? Roses? Pear trees? Tomatoes? Onions?
At a minimum, you should specify edible vs. ornamental plants.

Having said that, thrips are hard to deal with.

"Pull/prune and burn" might be the closest thing to a blanket
perscription there is.
