As always the issue is handling the water in and out of them. So plan how
you will fill it and how you will get the water out to your plants. Once
full they are very heavy (about a ton) and so not movable by hand.

I have one of these, they are good to put on a trailer or in the back of a
truck to do mobile watering where hoses do not reach. I fill mine from the
river with a pump and gravity feed it out to fruit trees.

You may be able to do a permanent installation that fills from roof water
and gravity feeds out if your garden is below the house or if you can
construct a sufficiently strong frame to raise it up.

They seem quite large but that much water will only water a plot about 40
square yards once so depending on the size of your garden and conditions
this may be a supply for weeks or only days.

You said used. They are HAZMAT containment vessels. Their use depends on
what was in them originally, if there is any contaminant remaining, and your
actual usage if you acquire them. Find out what was in them, and if there
are any remaining contaminants.
