Saw an ad on TV a little while ago... a lot of scare tactics about

It is a lot of money to spend on seeds unless you know and trust the source. The average gardener would take years to use all these. Dad had beef cattle so meat was a plenty. The seeds scare is just that. What town doesn't offer little plots to their citizens so that they "can grow their own food and have enough to give to their neighbors"? But that's mainly for people who finally figured it out it aint a bad thing to get dirty hands now and then. My frig this winter will be full of berries for just about every pie you can think of except lemon. And seeds? The only kind I buy are in bulk and I can mixed them with something else and I get a nice crunchy snack. Militia's in the past were protecting the right to bear arms; I won't disagree with that. I really don't understand why people would bother to buy hydrids bu assume that they haven't done sufficient research on yields, harvest and flavour. |
