When do ypu plant Lilly of the Valley bulbs ? fall or spring ?

Plant now. If you live in a cold-winter area, plant before the soil
freezes.

Lily of the valley aren't bulbs, they're called pips, they propogate
by rhizomes. Plant in spring and fall... now is a good time in most
areas. Be careful where you plant as lily of the valley are invasive
and grow rapidly.
