is there a way to make them bluer than what they already are? i want
to make one that i have a more shinier brighter blue. will fertilizer
help?

Tell it a sad story?

The leaf coloring is genetic.
You need to select the plants when you buy them for the color you prefer.

Fertilizer won't make a difference unless maybe it has bluing in it.

If the tree is not already at its height of 'glaucusness', you can try
adding epsom salts to the soil at the following dilutions:

Liquid epsom salts: One tablespoon per gallon
regular epsom salts: One teaspoon per gallon

the magnesium is essential for 'blueness'
