Deadheading heliotrope

I have a Heliotrope with two upright branches, the taller of which has two
flower clusters right at the tip. These clusters are just begining to die
off. I want to cultivate the vertical growth of this plant, and I'm afraid
if I remove the tip of the tallest stem, the plant will lose it's form.
Will the plant grow another flower from the same place? Pardon me if this
is a silly question, I'm new to gardening.

Hi Adam its always been my idea that if you take out the top of the
plant it makes it bushier but I really dont know what would happen in
this case, let me know if you suceed.
