I am thinking about building an above ground planter box for a small
veggie garden but I would like some plans or information from folks
who have had success. I have questions like:

How deep?
What kind of materials? wood, brick?
Do I line the box with plastic, paper, etc...?

I am fairly new to gardening so please go easy on me... I'm simply a
wannabe chef interested in growing my own veggies and herbs.
