Identify this plant?
 
It has small white Queen Ann Lace type of flowers. It's about two feet tall,
and the leaves are very fern-like.

Yarrow. (Achillea species.) It's a medicinal herb and, IMO, a pretty wildflower.

Sweet cicely if it's not yarrow.
