Default Black Swallowtail Butterflys? What are these caterpillars?

COngrats on your eggs! I just saw tiny (size of pinky nail) clear yellow
caterpillars with a black "eye" 1/3 down them. I am wondering what they are.
I plant parsley & dill, as well as leaving carrots from last year to go
to seed to attract them.
BTW, I am close by, zone 6b Long Island. My sister is in Westchester
County.
Love Caryn
