Disappearing leaves on cauliflower

This is my first year attempting to grow cauliflower.

The leaves are disappearing. Only spokes of the leaf are left behind. I
believe it happens overnight. Definitely not deer or rabbit.

Any suggestions on what to spray on it ? Thanks.
