Default Deadheading Zinnia question

I know on a rose bush, once the bloom dies, you prune it back to just above the
first five-leaf stem. This will create a new bud/bloom.
What about a Zinnia? How far back do you prune the dead bloom from the plant to
promote new buds/blooms?
