Default Clematis and white mold...?? a little help needed

Have a nice clematis bought new this year which is growing well, tons
of nice flowers good growth in a shady position...however.

over all parts, leaves, flowers and stems seems to be small patched of
white soft mould. The plant doesnt seems to be suffering but it looks
a little unsightly...it doesnt seem to effect the other plants right
next to it.

what is it...?

how do i treat it...?
