Yep - there is a whole bunch of folks on the Home tissue culture
listserv over at yahoo groups.

you can do it at home, you just have to be VERY sanitary about it or you will
have stuff growing in the tubes afterwards. I tried this with roses and they
did great for about 2 months, then just about overnight there was some funk
growing inside of the tube that killed them all.

Yes; it's a total pain unless you have dedicated space. What
