St. Augustine fertilizer on Bermuda grass

I have accidently applied St. Augustine Weed and Feed fertilizer to
1/2 of my bermuda lawn. I have decided not to water it hoping some of
the fertilizer will blow away. Is this going to ruin my lawn?

I absolutely hate Weed 'n' Feed products. But if you applied it at the
proper rate, it won't hurt your bermuda grass. St Augustine is sensitive
to some broadleaf herbicides, so the St. Augustine formula is probably just
a different, less powerful mix, to make sure it doesn't burn the St.
Augustine. Bermuda is hard to kill. Don't worry about it. Conversely, if
you applied bermuda weed n feed to St. Augustine, you might burn it.

Best regards,
Bob
