I just wash my plants in a mixture of deturgent like dove it works
well just rinse each leaf with the mix about a tsb for one spray
bottle worth if it is an out door plant you might want to just use a
pesticide for mites but the deturgent does work and it is best to
use an organic one such as dove besides it smells nice to us tastes
bad to buggies .
works great on roses and tomatoes for aphids too.
good luck treat the plant more than once every four r weeks until
they are gone if te deturgent dosn't work use a besticide wash
I had to do that on a spider plant just too much to wash with
deturgent
good luck
