Not trying to be funny but where do you get seeds to grow seedless grapes?

Grapes are generally propagated from rooted cuttings. In some
areas, soil pests require propagating by budding the desired
variety onto rooted cuttings of a pest-resistant variety.

Grafting, same way you propagate seedless oranges.

Grapes are hardly ever grown on their own rootstock; you take buds
from desirable vines and start them on suitable rootstock.

(Seedless watermelons, on the other hand, are sterile hybrids; you get
them the same way you get mules, by crossing the parents. Thus you can
buy seedless watermelon seed.)
