What to do with hydrangea cuttings?

I have several cuttings rooted inside here in northern DE in the last few
weeks. Now I'm wondering what to do with them. Current plans are to leave
inside in cool window for winter. Take out in spring and hope to plant in
fall. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
