I live in eastern TN and would like to raise a few cotton plants this
summer. Quickest way to obtain a few seeds? No, I don't think I'd care
to drive to Memphis. :)

First check with your local Extension office. In many areas where cotton is
an agricultural product, it is illegal to grow ornamental cotton. If there
are any restrictions, the Extension office should be aware.

If it's legal for yu to grow, I believe Richter's carries seeds.
