Ridiculously oversized file is what that is. If you don't have Photoshop,
then google for "save for web" as this is the process of reducing the file
size of your pics. You can also change the settings on your camera to 640 x
480 or so.

I do have photoshop and I did shrink it down. It is only 1024x768...
nothing to whine about. unless you have dialup....
