hi i am now building a fenced off area for my dogs.

it will be filled with about 7" of soil and them grassed over .

is there anything i can mix with the soil to help the grass and drainage ,

and what grass seed is best to use with dogs as looking for something hard wearing and longrooted if such a thing exists
