Not at this time of year (Fall). In early Spring, get some seeds and
soak them in water for a week or more. It helps to nick each seed
with a sharp knife so the water can get in more quickly. Then put
them in peat pellets to grow until you are passed all the cold
weather They are tender and will be killed by a little frost. Good

I have grown Morning Glory several years running but this year hasn't been so good as it hasn't been very warm. However they still put on a show and they are relativly easy to grow from seed!
