Default Pecan tree care

Is there any type of pesticide to keep insects from overtaking pecan trees?

A mix of 25 percent dish soap and 75% water and heavily sprayed on the tree
once a month or even twice a month should give results. Any fruit tree spray
for bugs should work too.
