Default Apples, dahlias, begonias, geraniums

Hi,

1. What is a good fungicide / disease spray for apples?
2. How do you store Dahlias, tuberous begonias and geraniums over the
winter?

Re the apples:
I bought my first home in 2000 and put in a pair of apple trees. There is
an older, failing apple on the property as well.

Between insects, disease, drought, rain and clay soil, the trees are
staggering along.

This year I sprayed with Sevin, having tried "safeway products" and not
getting any good results, and now I actually have a batch of nice leaves
going. However, there are what look like rust spots on the leaves now.

winter storage
I'm in NJ, will have to dig up dahlias, the rest are in pots. I have an
unheated but attached garage w/o windows.

Thanks!
