Sears LT1000 Kohler Engine ground drivebelt problem?

Ground drive belt keeps slipping off? Is there any adjustment or
parts check? Or do I just need to get a new belt? Mower is less than
three years old.

I'm not familiar with the Kohler... but...
Probably a worn belt - depends on how much mowing you do.

Most lawn tractors I've seen "usually" have something to keep belts from
coming off. Especially if the belt is meant to be loosened and tightened.
Look for something missing from around the pulley(s) - i.e.. bolt holes.
