Default Which Shears to Buy

I am looking for a good quality pair of lopping shears and a pair of
pruning shears that wont break the bank. Any suggestions? Thanks in
advance.

Fiskars shears are good and not expensive.

Thanks, CJ. I will check them out. I think Home Depot carries them.
