Default broken yukka...

hello,

apologies for the lack of knowledge and terminology...

i found a discarded yukka plant at work. orginally about 6ft high, it
had been binned because one 'stalk' had been broken off about 3inches
up from the wooden 'trunk' (still with a couple of leaves on, and the
other had been quite brutally bent over. i took it home, strapped it
up with a broom handle and repotted it - the roots seemed ok.
this was about a week ago - and the leaves still seem quite green.

anything else i need to do? what are the chances of it surviving? how
hardy and resiliant are yukkas?

thanks muchly.

I planted four that had been pulled up by a friend two years ago; two are
doing just fine.
