Lettuces and Spinach Greens-Collards

Lettuces and Spinach Greens-Collards

I planted some of these and they came up fine but something is eating
up some of the spinach green collards leaves while leaving the lettuce intact.
Anyone got an idea of what I should looks for or do ? Kinda surprising
to me because these has a bitter flavor vs the "sweet" lettuces.
