Default spider plant soil pests

I have these unidentified soil pests on my spider plant. They are really really tiny and they are all in the soil. Does anyone know what they are and how to kill them. I spayed insecticide on the soil but it didn't seem to help. Will they hurt the plant? It seems to be doing good but some of the leaves look chewed on.
